It's all in what you eat. If you load up on carbs in the morning all the energy is gone within a couple of hours. You need to eat more foods with slow releasing energy characterisitics such as porridge, oatmeal, and and muesli. This should keep you satisfied for long and help you to concentrate.

well one reason you might not be getting any better is because you are overtraining yourself. andother reason could be the fact that you cant tell. how do you really know if you've gotten better or worse? did you time yourself in a mile run and then did all of this stuff and exercise for a few months then time yourself again? if not maybe its just not noticeable and you really did get more endurance. im pretty sure if you do the stuff you do you would get more endurance 100% for sure. if you lose some weight your muscles and joint wont be under as much stress and you will gain even more endurance/ being better in sports.

parents should never use physical discipline. it teaches the child absolutely nothing but damages the bond that children have with their parents and their sense of safety and security in the world. imagine how frightening it is for children when the person who is supposed to love them the most suddenly starts hitting them?! awful. hitting may get the child to stop the behavior but it doesn't teach them what to do instead. also, i find in counseling, that children who are hit by their parents are more likely to have temper tantrums and verbal/physical aggression towards others. this is because they're never taught to deal with their emotions, just how to act out like mommy and daddy do.

If you look good with a centeral part, keep it the same. A bike like the ttr250 would be a good starting point for a beginner or look at the crf230. Certainly do not get a 2 stroke for a first bike especially if you only intend to use it for trail riding. They are dificult to learn on and are crappy for trail riding for a beginner as they need to be ridden in the power or they foul plugs and over time develop other problems. It is better to start off with something usable and then move on once you are comfortable and have gained some basic bike skills

My credit is below average, however my wife has a credit score of 725. She makes around 60k a year, and I make around 75k. My question is: If my wife bought a house in her name, using her credit, would I be able to factor my income and monetary contribution into the amount of loan we would qualify for? Why did my BBQ ribs come out salty?

I started by brining 1 single slab in about a half gallon of water with a cup of salt and a cup of sugar (for 2 hours). I then heated it for about 2 hours like that and lightly sprinkled steak seasoning at that point. Finally I used a little BBQ sauce (1/4 cup maybe) cut with OJ and some cola. Most of that was on the other items and I used it VERY little on the ribs - only a single baste. Was my problem in the initial brine or should I have left out the dry spice or sauce?

The alcohol used in perfumes is not the drinkable kind and I would not recommend anyone even attempt to drink it. The extraction process would not be easy or cheap so you would be better off getting an actual bottle of drinkable alcohol to enjoy. I haven't gotten confirmation of ovulation yet, but I am pretty sure I am 2 dpo. Are there any ladies out there that have miscarried and it took you a while to get pregnant again? I am beginning to wonder if there is something wrong with me because I haven't fallen pregnant again. I got pregnant the first month of trying with no charting or preseed or monitors and now I am doing all of them and haven't gotten pregnant again. I am trying to not get my hopes up this time like I always do, but I hope everything works out this time. I charted my temps this month and I used preseed. I hadn't done that in months past, so I hope the added things will help out. I just want this dreaded 2ww to fly by. I will be turning 24 next month and I am not getting any younger! Has anyone ever had reoccuring dream about someone you barely know or know why I keep having dreams about it?

Throughout the school year, i took only 2 weeks of gym cl and there was this guy in the same cl as me. We never talked. After two weeks, i stopped taking gym cl, but i still saw the guy once in a while while walking to cl. About one month later, that guy kept appearing in my dreams. What your instructor is saying is that by pivoting slightly on the ball of that foot you are exposing the back of your leg and knee more to damage from leg kicks and rather than doing that bend or flex your knee a little more which is how I teach my students. You can also turn you hip slightly behind your jab when doing this for power and turning that leg and foot to far makes you more susceptible to other things much worse than leg kicks at times as well so I would certainly consider changing it especially if you are going to fight in Muay Thai or K1 type fights where leg kicks are legal or if you seem to be getting hit by some things like overhand rights a lot.

I think its called a tetra fish and it got really fat in the past week. Is it pregnant? I have several other fish of the same kinda that could have got it pregnant. There are other fish in the tank that I am afraid may eat the babies when and if they are born.

She just may be having some trouble adjusting. Is their enclosure very different from the one she was in at her previous owners house? If she doesn't have adequate area to rest, she could be suffering from fatigue as well. Make sure that she goes to "roost" in the evening with everyone else. It started last week, coming home from the visit to the house of Abe Lincoln. Now a museum. I have this ditch in the back yard. And I see figures in it. I was afraid it might hurt us. I called the police, they didn't find anything. They put this one device that told you if anyone was moving in there. Than they put lazers around it. They had cameras on the trees and than they said the camera saw nothing but the device that found people did, it was at a really high level of coldness. No lazers went off or anything. Than in the house, when I sleep, I keep hearing pounding on the floor. I live with my wife, she usually is in bed or at work. And she was at her army training the whole week. I keep waking up to find footprints of red paint or something going to my room and just stop right in the middle of the floor. That only happened 2 times. And smoke came from nowhere one day. Like one puff just puffed into my face. And in bed one night, I woke up and felt this really heavy thing on my chest. I couldn't move or breath at all. I just seen this red fur. I just ped back to sleep and woke up in the morning than it was gone. Sometimes I wake up and my TV is turned a different direction. And I have this old toy and I went to the basement and it was on. It was this one light up box that made a picture. And it showed a picture of nothing but it was on. Just a messed up picture. I also keep hearing voices and doors slamming shut hard. I called the police again one time and they ran out of the house scared as hell. I don't know what it was. I went in with my bravery. And I ignored it. Nothing was there. Except a balloon I never seen before. I poped it and threw it away. I am scared. It is still going on. Heck, just last night I seen this shadow run across the wall that didn't look like mine at all and I wasn't running. Than it got to the corner of the wall and it disappeared. It looked like it was half way off the wall. My pasture said that I have a great case of something terribly sensible. He also said it could be Satan haunting me. I also fear I might die, I find knives setting on counters sometimes. I once woke up and found a pitch black person looking down at me on my bed. It was late at night. Of coarse I screamed. It disappeared when I was so afraid I was going to punch it in the face.

I HAVE A BAD VIRUS OR WORM?

My computer has been very slow, crashing repeatedly, and getting random errors and it all happened so fast that I concluded it was not a hard drive failure at that because that takes time. But, Ive tried scanning with all the free virus software such as AVG, Avast, Spyware blaster, you name it, Ive tried them all! But nothing has worked. So after a few months I just stopped worrying about it and accepted my very SLOW PC but now its gotten to REALLY frustrate me!! So I decided to think back to what I might have installed that might have cause this.... Then it hit me, I kept getting notification from so called, Microsoft, telling me I need to install Windows Genuine, and then like 2 days after I installed it my PC started to get really slow, really fast, and that was the last thing I downloaded. But this is a very intelligent virus, or worm because it seems to go unnoticed by practically every virus detection software and my restore mode no longer works, my stand by option doesn't work, and my PC only boots in ONE safe mode which is directory service restore mode. In all the other safe modes, like the regular one, I get a blue screen that says, "Failed to load sptd.sys files" at the bottom of the screen. How do I get rid of this virus?

Im 18 years old. In the past 2 months I have developed extreme weight loss, carpel tunnel, h.pyori, muscle spasms and weakness, and involuntary breathing spasms. My husband has been gone to Iraq for a year and im in nursing school. I love to have with my husband up until a couple months ago I was so excited about him coming now im not due to depression. I have a problem with my hen?

I got chickens about a month or so ago. The rooster and the hen was already a month old and the babies I got were 2 weeks old which makes them about a month or so old. The little hen and rooster I got molted fine they have all their feathers and they look great, but, the other baby chicken I got after it molted it grew like the stem of the feather but no feather ever grew it is only on her backside and around her tummy and face. No feathers at all and when I looked at her today there is like purple dots all over her backside where there is no feathers. Should I be concerned and have someone look at her or will she eventually grow her feathers because she is looking kind of bad. Thanks please reply soon.

I have a daughter and I love baby headbands but I either have a hard time finding them or they are like $10 each! For a headband! I think that would be something cool to have. Also...I don't know how difficult it would be to make but I looked everywhere for an insulated lunch type bag for my daughters bottles that wasn't really bulky. Not losing any weight on the atkins diet?

I have been on the atkins diet for 5 weeks and my weight has stayed constant for 5 days. I can't figure out what is wrong with me!!! Last time I did it I was losing one pound every 2 days. I think I sometimes had 30 grams of carbohydrate in one day as opposed to 20 grams but most people can eat 50 grams of carbohydrate and still lose weight. I had cheese but made sure that the cheese contains no carbohydrates and I would overeat during the day.
