Underwear, a question that concerns them?

okay to get right to the point, i don't like wearing Panties (ive just never found a decent pair that was comfortable and wouldn't give me a wedgie or show a panty line).but none the less i wear them when i leave the house. however when im home i have no problem going commando. my sisters on the other hand, think this is gross and that only dirty s don't wear underwear. so i want to know is there some way i could stay liberated and still be hygienic?
