Hey Texans - Do you know anything about ens County Correctional Center?

In Spur, TX... my fiance is being held there for i don't know how long, and i was wondering if anyone knew anything about this place? All I know is it's in west texas and it's an all-male facility. Is it like a prison? Any info would be greatly appreciated!
