I have been on the atkins diet for 5 weeks and my weight has stayed constant for 5 days. I can't figure out what is wrong with me!!! Last time I did it I was losing one pound every 2 days. I think I sometimes had 30 grams of carbohydrate in one day as opposed to 20 grams but most people can eat 50 grams of carbohydrate and still lose weight. I had cheese but made sure that the cheese contains no carbohydrates and I would overeat during the day.
