How do I improve my running?
well one reason you might not be getting any better is because you are overtraining yourself. andother reason could be the fact that you cant tell. how do you really know if you've gotten better or worse? did you time yourself in a mile run and then did all of this stuff and exercise for a few months then time yourself again? if not maybe its just not noticeable and you really did get more endurance. im pretty sure if you do the stuff you do you would get more endurance 100% for sure. if you lose some weight your muscles and joint wont be under as much stress and you will gain even more endurance/ being better in sports.
