How do you deal with ual side effects of Paxil?

Im 18 years old. In the past 2 months I have developed extreme weight loss, carpel tunnel, h.pyori, muscle spasms and weakness, and involuntary breathing spasms. My husband has been gone to Iraq for a year and im in nursing school. I love to have with my husband up until a couple months ago I was so excited about him coming now im not due to depression. He is excited about coming home due to his lack of ual needs. I hate to dissapoint him when he comes home. How do married couples deal witht this side effect. Im so stressed. I feel im too young to go thru all of this and now its even having an effect on my love life. I dont kno how much more I can take before I do the unthinkable.
