Landlord losing my rental?

I just received a notice that the place i rent is being foreclosed, My landlord is 4 months behind. The garbage service has already been cancelled and now he says unless i want to pay him for water that will be turned off too. I dont really want to give him any money because obviously at least for the last 4 months he hasnt been paying anything.. What are my rights? Who do I pay rent to now?
