How do i get to the goblin forest unification wars??

I'm a level 18d in Unification Wars and have explored all the hidden and invisible planets, but have not yet been able to find the goblin forest!! I've seen the videos on youtube of it so i know it exists, but do you know how to find it! I'm desperate, i need it for my Exploration Level 19 mission!
