How to extract alcohol from toilette (perfume) ?

The alcohol used in perfumes is not the drinkable kind and I would not recommend anyone even attempt to drink it. The extraction process would not be easy or cheap so you would be better off getting an actual bottle of drinkable alcohol to enjoy. And even if you were to drink the perfume straight up it would taste awful, though you wouldn't die--just get very sick.
