Does the yahoo article on the carbon footprint of our pets infer?

That we should a) kill all our pets and all other animals because of their large carbon footprint, or b) that the hoopla about carbon dioxide and fossils fuels is just a tiny part of CO2 emmisions and shows the global warming fools for what they are.
