MLA help??? from an anthrology book!?

I'm typing a 3-4 page essay, Fitzgerald's Babylon Revisited, how do I do it? Like, when I type in a quote? It's from a thick paged Anthrology. Do I start like this, "This is the quote" (pg. 444), and then make a separated citation page?
